Quality Control
We have skillful workers and special after-service department as our second power in our business process. We have the experienced Purchasing, QA and QC departments to monitor the raw materials and quality of the product .We are adhering to the words that "best goods brings high production capacity".

  

We can supply some samples if you pay the sample fee and freight cost. We will send the samples to you after receipt of the payment. Sample lead time need 3 to 6 days according to the samples model.

 

The price of the Products shall be the price we both agreed.The price for products with flash memory will be depending on current flash price. And for larger QTY,we supply more favour price.All costs incurred for delivery and handling will also be borne by buyer. 

 

For sample, full payment must be received before shipment.

For formal order, customer needs to pay 30% prepayment in advance before arrange production, and pay the balance 70% before arrange shipment. So full payment should be received before arrange shipment.

 

We provide 1 year quality warranty. The warranty doesn’t include accident, human fault or improper use.

 

Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned items; we will responsible for return shipping charger to customer on the replacement or exchange item(s).
